Proudly based in Pittsford, New York

In the heart of New York, The Garage Makeover Company sprouted from a simple need—organizing a messy garage.

Our founder, a dedicated school teacher with a passion for entrepreneurial ventures, was tired of spending weekends reorganizing his garage, only to watch it descend into chaos soon after. But when he discovered the system, it transformed his space, keeping everything off the ground and reclaiming his weekends. This personal transformation sparked an idea.

The Garage Makeover Company was born in 2012, initially as a part-time venture. But by 2014, due to overwhelming demand, it became a full-time commitment. From those modest beginnings, we now proudly transform around 150 garages a year, infusing them with organization and style.

In 2024, the company was acquired by Imburgia Group Inc. a local Rochester NY based services group.Imburgia Group owns and operates Profeta Painting, Profeta Garage Floors, and Get Organized Custom Closets. Our strong community presence and commitment to the Rochester area allows us to provide excellent service and continue what Brian and his team have built over the years.
